First we saw the glowing blue plasma balls…
and now the infrared emissions. This is exactly the combination of phenomena one would expect to see under high power RF radiation.

Geologists have long puzzled over anecdotal reports of strange atmospheric phenomena in the days before big earthquakes. But good data to back up these stories has been hard to come by.

Granted, it’s plausible that piezoelectric discharges in the rock during an earthquake could naturally generate atmospheric plasma, but this doesn’t account for the IR emissions. Especially notable is the circular mode of the IR signal, whereas one might expect to see an irregular pattern if the IR emissions came from a geological fault. A directed energy weapon like HAARP or a Free Electron MASER could also provide an explanation for the atmospheric phenomena but without more information it’s impossible to infer a causal relationship.
Satellite view of N America shows distinctive radar reflectance

Notice the statiionary roundish zones of increased radar reflectance in the satellite image sequence below. This phenomenon could be related to radar, localized atmospheric pollution, HAARP, or the Earth’s magnetic field. My feeling is it’s probably ground based radar, or some interaction between radar and atmosphere. Looking for commonalities between all the cities these things appear over might yield some clues.

Anomalous holes in clouds (aka hole-punched clouds)

Update: these hole-punched clouds are probably due to a jet exhaust trail flying thru a very cold cloud layer. As the exhaust disperses thru the cloud layer, ice crystals form around particulate nuclei then fall out of the sky in wisps.

I’ve been saving images of unusual clouds that appear to have holes “burned” in them. Heating is one explanation, via microwave beam, such as from a
high power free electron MASER or other focused RF (radio frequency) source.
The technology to heat clouds certainly exists. See Wikipedia entry on the MASER (Microwave Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation, Predecessor to the LASER)
The larger droplets that make up clouds appear to have vaporized, much like how the sun “burns off” fog on a cool morning. Notice the crisp edges. The phenomenon is highly localized.
Another theory:
This phenomeon could also be caused by the hygroscopic nature of barium salt in jet exhaust, increasing droplet size, causing the heavier droplets to fall out of the cloud layer. More info here.
At any rate, this does not appear to be a natural phenomenon.

Have you noticed anything unusual about jet aircraft contrails lately?
In the past, high altitude jet contrails dissipated quickly, and didn't form persistent horizon-to-horizon trails that later spread out into a blanket of silvery haze. How many days have you watched clear skies turned solid gray by chemtrails? Global dimming has been proven and is highly associated with chemtrails.
By whatever means the chemicals are being dispersed, whether as a fuel additive or spraying, and for whatever purpose(s), it's safe to say at this point that a semi-secret aerosol dispersal program exists, and a number of different chemicals are being released into the air using jet aircraft (including barium, aluminum, polymer fibers, and microorganisms). High altitude ice crystal formation increases around these nucleation sites, often resulting in stunning rainbows (chembows and sun dogs) of diffracted/refracted light, and pink and green dichroism.
The program is global in scope and is causing untold harm to our environment. It's time to recognize the mangnitude of this threat, and conduct some real diligent science and intelligence gathering that identifies conclusively the source and composition and impact of the release of this aerosol.
Science experiment to-do list:
1. Obtain a commercial sample of Stadis 450 and perform LCMS analysis for presence of metals associated with chemtrails.
2. Collect and analyze air samples from locations varying in proximity to major airports that use commercial jet fuel. Use blind labeling of samples and data. Look for any association between metal aerosol in air and proximity to airports.
3. Obtain high power gimball tracking telescope. Record chemtrail aircraft. Check trail dispersal pattern and plane for spray nozzles and spray or exhaust pattern behind aircraft that leave persistent chemtrails. Produce a video with wide angle time lapse and close-up overlay to show whether chemtrails are associated with spray pattern from nozzles or with exhaust gases.
