NASA illustrates for us that chemtrails have a different infrared signature than normal clouds. Its unclear what “enhanced” infrared is. Perhaps a different wavelength. Further investigation needed.

Have you noticed anything unusual about jet aircraft contrails lately?
In the past, high altitude jet contrails dissipated quickly, and didn't form persistent horizon-to-horizon trails that later spread out into a blanket of silvery haze. How many days have you watched clear skies turned solid gray by chemtrails? Global dimming has been proven and is highly associated with chemtrails.
By whatever means the chemicals are being dispersed, whether as a fuel additive or spraying, and for whatever purpose(s), it's safe to say at this point that a semi-secret aerosol dispersal program exists, and a number of different chemicals are being released into the air using jet aircraft (including barium, aluminum, polymer fibers, and microorganisms). High altitude ice crystal formation increases around these nucleation sites, often resulting in stunning rainbows (chembows and sun dogs) of diffracted/refracted light, and pink and green dichroism.
The program is global in scope and is causing untold harm to our environment. It's time to recognize the mangnitude of this threat, and conduct some real diligent science and intelligence gathering that identifies conclusively the source and composition and impact of the release of this aerosol.
Science experiment to-do list:
1. Obtain a commercial sample of Stadis 450 and perform LCMS analysis for presence of metals associated with chemtrails.
2. Collect and analyze air samples from locations varying in proximity to major airports that use commercial jet fuel. Use blind labeling of samples and data. Look for any association between metal aerosol in air and proximity to airports.
3. Obtain high power gimball tracking telescope. Record chemtrail aircraft. Check trail dispersal pattern and plane for spray nozzles and spray or exhaust pattern behind aircraft that leave persistent chemtrails. Produce a video with wide angle time lapse and close-up overlay to show whether chemtrails are associated with spray pattern from nozzles or with exhaust gases.

Indeed. I intend to get into the RF excitation aspect to it. I speculate its part of the DARPA IXO surveillance program. Please feel free to contribute whatever info you may have on the subject.
Now if I can just get someone to donate some infrared cameras…

all i know is that i see many many times military aircraft spraying some substances near RADAR system.
they created some sort of chemical cloud right above the big radar system. and i’m not talking about the “famous”chaff, i’m talking about enchanched tranmissions of electromagnetic radiations through the atmosphere.
this is happen almost daily, and all over the world.
i think they(military) have some sort of substances used in tandem with radar, satellite…..
if you stay near a military radar station, you can see many strange things, i promise you!!
of course with infrared cameras is a lot better
i believe that the substances irrorated have some sort of reaction with sun-light(uv).but they are spraying all night and all day.i see with my own eyes many military aircraft doing strange things in the night.they covered and entire city with a strange chemical clouds, and all of this happen in 3 hours..at night.
they are spraying everywhere tons of this chemical stuff, and this is a fact.
this stuff is real, and i mean it
no contrails, no normal skyes, we’re talking about different things.
we are talking about secret military operations all over the world,and this is not very good
U.S.army first use this aerosol stuff,then N.A.T.O., and now russia and china and who knows….
we are talking about the aerospace defence program of us and nato and other countries too
i’m from an european country where we have military in the street all days…..and now the prime minister says that we need more and more military presence…
AND
we are under atmospherical aerosol all day.this is not normal and this is happen now, january 2009

if you think that DARPA IXO surveillance program is now public, you can imagine what the military have in secret bunker all over the world……..and who knows how many satellites we have over our head…..satellites with cameras,with weapons….chemtrails aerosols have a huge part in this military crazinesses

They’ll probably fry both of us from a satellite someday for even having this conversation.
But I know what you mean about being near to military bases and radar. I’ve seen them do some pretty unusual things with clouds first hand, with my own eyes.
Wether DARPA started this, I don’t know. I’ve only seen anecdotal connections to IXO, which I will elaborate on later. Regardless, its global now.
Bad feelings are justified. Barium is toxic to animal and plant life.
